"We experienced a house fire in August of 2022. The entirety of our claim was a disaster. The initial phone call we received from Candice she was condescending and rude. We were turned to an agent who would not respond for DAYS at a time and was impossible to reach. Our policy was transferred multiple times to additional help who was unsupportive, we still were never able to file the entirety of our claim because of their redundant process. I asked 20+ times to file a report with statefarm, nothing ever came of it. On top of a horrible situation, statefarm made this experience truly enraging. I will never hold them as our insurers again after our experience with Candice."
